PaperSlip is a tool for solo service professionals — pool techs, lawn crews, cleaners, handymen, and anyone else who works outside. Here is exactly what we collect:
All data is stored on Cloudflare’s infrastructure (D1 database) in the United States. Cloudflare maintains industry-standard security and data center certifications. Your data does not leave the US.
When you enable card payments for your customers, payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store full card numbers — Stripe handles all of that. Stripe is PCI-compliant. When your customer taps Pay, their card info goes directly to Stripe, not through our servers.
When you add a customer’s name, phone, or address into PaperSlip, you are the one collecting that data — we just store it on your behalf. You are responsible for having a lawful reason to collect and process your customers’ personal information. Use common sense: don’t add people who haven’t hired you, and treat your customers’ information with the same respect you’d want yours treated.
Your data stays in PaperSlip as long as your account is active. If you cancel your account, we will delete your data within 30 days of your request.
To request deletion, email us at support@paperslip.app with the subject line “Delete my account.” We will confirm within 3 business days.
PaperSlip is designed for adult service professionals running their own businesses. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has created an account, contact us and we will remove it.
If we make a material change to this policy, we will notify you in the app before the change takes effect. We will not make your data less private without giving you a chance to close your account first.
