PaperSlip is a mobile-first invoicing and customer management tool for solo service professionals — people who work in pools, lawns, homes, and driveways. It lets you send invoices by text, collect card payments, track who owes you, and share your work. That’s it.
You sign up with your phone number. You’re responsible for keeping your account secure. Don’t share your login with anyone. If you think your account has been compromised, contact us immediately at support@paperslip.app.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally allowed to run a business in your jurisdiction to use PaperSlip.
Everything you put into PaperSlip — your customers, your invoices, your photos, your notes — belongs to you. We don’t claim any ownership over it. We store it on your behalf and let you access it. If you leave, you can take it with you (export available on request). If you delete your account, we delete your data.
PaperSlip is for legitimate service businesses. You agree not to use it to:
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules. We’ll give you a heads-up whenever possible, but we won’t hesitate to act on fraud or abuse.
We currently offer a Free tier (no card required, ever) and a Pro tier at $14.99/month. Billing is monthly. You can cancel any time — one tap in the app, no phone call, no retention screen.
We do not sell your data. We do not rent it. We do not use it to train AI models. See our full Privacy Policy for everything we collect and why.
PaperSlip is provided “as is.” We work hard to keep it up and reliable, but we can’t guarantee 100% uptime. Technology breaks sometimes. We are not liable for:
Our total liability to you in any situation is capped at the amount you’ve paid us in the last 12 months.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any disputes that go to court will be handled in Los Angeles County, California.
If we make a material change, we’ll notify you in the app at least 30 days before the new terms take effect. If you disagree, you can close your account before the changes kick in — no penalty.
